Appointments

Sitting for a long time in a doctor's waiting room can be very distressing, especially if you have a sick child. To avoid this situation we use an appointment system. If your child is sick, you should always call first. This will allow our staff to arrange an appointment with a minimum of waiting time, and assures that one of our doctors will be in the office when you come. Our staff is ready to accept calls every day starting at 9 am.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, or if you are running late, we would appreciate a call to the office. This will help us with scheduling other families.

Well baby and physical exams allow time for parents to discuss their child's growth, development and health needs. These visits can take some time and should be made at least one week in advance. In the summer and early fall, many children need exams for camp and school. To assure a time that is convenient, we recommend call 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

Doctor Preference

Some of our patients prefer to see a specific doctor each visit. We try to accommodate this as much as possible. However, there may be times, due to emergencies, scheduling and vacations when this may not be feasible. If you wish to see a particular doctor, you should let the staff know when you make your appointment.
